Free, Australia-wide delivery on all orders over $60.

For all other orders, we offer Standard Shipping on all nappies at:

  • $11.99 for (0-2kgs)
  • $17.99 (2-5kgs)
  • Free shipping on anything over $60.

Expected Delivery Times

Products, if in stock, will be shipped within 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas from receipt of your order. Rural area deliveries can take between 10-14 business days. Orders made on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

We cannot always guarantee that we will meet these times during peak periods or due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

All orders are shipped via Australian Post or by courier depending on location. We provide all our customers with tracking numbers on all shipments Australia wide. Delivery time is provided as guidelines only. Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

If you decide to bulk buy nappies, orders greater than 8 packs (1 carton) will be sent as separate packages of 4 or 8 and may take 1-3 additional business days to arrive.

For TwinkleBotts customers the DAP - Delivered At Place - applies. This means seller pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks prior to the point that the products are ready for unloading by the buyer.

How Can I Track My order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number on it.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your product you have the option to return or exchange your item within 14 days after you have received the item(s).

If you choose to return, you will receive a full refund for the item(s), excluding the return delivery cost for the item. All items should be returned in perfect condition and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packing are fully intact. Also, it helps if the original receipt that comes with the shipment is enclosed together with the returned products so that we have all the information.

In the case of exchanges the same conditions apply and a store credit will be allocated.

Cost of Return

TwinkleBotts are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges for the return of any unwanted items unless we have made an error with your order or the products are damaged. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest after TwinkleBotts receives the returned products. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded by TwinkleBotts.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 days from receipt of your order if the notification is received by TwinkleBotts in writing to our customer support email info@twinklebotts.com.au. If the order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the products to TwinkleBotts. Once the products have been delivered normal returns policy applies to the order. See ‘How to Return’ section below.

How to Return

  • Fill out our return form here
  • Pop your filled-out return form in with your package. Let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange and we will get on to it asap.
  • Pack your items in a suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
  • Please ship the items in the post to us. TwinkleBotts not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and hanging on to your tracking number.

  • Upon receipt of the products, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If your order was paid with a credit/debit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the time of purchase. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
