This was something the brand developed with the understanding that a major portion of the 114,000 cubic meters of landfill each year in Australia is made up of non-biodegradable baby nappies that take over 500 years to break down. The highlight to testing these eco nappies has been knowing the attention dedicated to the wellbeing of my baby. I was very impressed to learn the cooling technology implemented that is especially important for boys. I also loved how gentle they are on my Charlie’s skin and the fact they are more eco-friendly than most disposable nappies!

The Twinklebotts nappies feel really soft and seem to be very nice on my baby’s skin (no issues with any rashes, etc). The design is nice and simple, and I love the Australiana koala theme.
These nappies have been made with biodegradability as the priority and only 120 days to break down is very impressive. These are also designed to not maintain the heat of urine etc for long periods which can prevent heat rashes. I look forward to using these on my son on those hot summer days! They fit well and are gentle around the legs.

I love that these nappies are designed first and foremost to ensure the health and comfort of the child. The nappies thermoregulate so that the child doesn’t feel any level of discomfort. According to Twinklebotts’ research, this is particularly important for boys. The nappies are soft, and while they do need far more frequent changing than a regular nappy, they do make me stop and take note of how my son behaves when he is wearing them.
